Hi everyone,

I have been on citalopram for 8 months on 30 msg and this week I have started feeling like I did when initially first I’ll and even panicky last night . Not helped by my uncle dying and relationship break up but still think should be more resilient with being on the medication . My dr has suggested going up to 40mg but scared of side effects again ? What do you think ?
